This is like some other things i do not agree with you on, show me the proof that it is in litigation. These are the type of things that are rumors and conjecture.
Indeed.... This is in black and white and is pretty hard to ignore and/or justify.... Its quite common for misery to love company but this is getting ridiculous....

Now let's see what happens on the other treasure company/companies... And see if we have more of the same after the papers are served and/or court rulings made.
