IMO after all DD I did price of $4 is reasonable with the number of shares outstanding and assets company owns (Gold Hills and Misty Hills). Plus lets not forget that before managemment change company was financed at ridiculous $3.85 (http://ardentmines.com/news/12.html) and there had to be reason buying it at that price!
Regarding all of that we are now buying with 99% discount from $3.85. Thank you market.
