I assume your implying that Treaty's friendly business relationship with Princess in parallel with the strategic alliance between the GOB and Princess "enables" contract renewals and forgiveness of any oversight? Above and beyond the fact that with the potential revenue to Belize; the GOB would be "cutting off their nose in spite of their face" to turn their backs due to a clause in a contract. Who has the incentive to succeed in Belize? Everyone in Belize except for a few environmentalists. I'm also not eliminating the possibility that Treaty has worked out all with the GOB and is now on very good terms directly with the PM.
Some oil exploration and contract experts will turn to the dark side regardless of when the sun is out.

Really? Treaty has yet over 3 months later to prove they have a commercial find.
