Sorry maybe I did not make my self clear... what I was saying is if they declare BK they would most likely have to sell of Blu Vu and turn those assests over to the creditors...
But if they dont declare BK and sell Blu Vu they can then use the Blu Vu sales money to pay off all or some of their current debt... hope that clears it up ....
