How do you call getting an 80% stake on a second oil field fluff? Lots of other people have been able to get through. Heck even I have been able to get answers on the share structure in the past.

IMO it is worse playing a Canadian stock that only trades in the US. I don't understand why a Canadian company would't want to access the Canadian Capital. Some like to enter the US for a larger amount of investors (Or so they say).

I will be very cautious on any other canadian stock I come across
