there is 2 FACTs you can provide is the UN-ANNOUNCED R/S " to clean up share price " and the DEBT of over 7 million

these r FACTS

Wrong again...
1. the RS was announced and placed on the front of their web page for over a month.. many here, who do DD saw it.

2. There has been no Q released since the last one that stated the actual Debt...so you have absolutly, none... your simply guessing...talking again with out knowledge...about how high the debt is... you can speculate all you want... but if you can produce one single pices of actual FACT as to the debt having risen since the last 10 that was filed I will leave this board and never post here again.
