It's funny that you mention manipulation Steve. I wonder if this Elkind guy is the one behind the smear campaigns going on against BCAP/RIGH. You seem pretty close to the guy, whats your opinion?


In fact, it sounds more like someone is trying to get revenge.

RightSmile Has Successful Court Hearing

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- RightSmile, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RIGH) is pleased to announce it had a successful day in court yesterday. The Company through its legal counsel had requested an emergency hearing before the courts stemming from the contempt of court allegations against Peter Langone and Joseph Elkind, the former owners of Global Branding, LLC.

Doing just a little dd on this Elkind guy, it appears that he is the kind of guy who sues alot of people. I believe in an email response, MD stated something similar. Looking just at the Broward County site, this Elkind guy has had 73 different filings he was involved with. It looks like he is a busy guy, averaging over 6 filings a year. It appears that he was filed against or directly sued by:

One Electric

Wachovia Bank

And it appears that he has been pretty busy filing/suing other people, including:

So, reviewing all these different filings, it appears that this Elkind guy spends an awful lot of time in the court system. Why do you think he is credible? I mean, just looking at the face value of the information, he doesn't look like a very trustworthy/credible guy. Just wondering why you think this guy is more credible than any other regular Joe.
