jcanuck, there are very few institutional investors who invest in OTCBB stocks.
Most institutions have requirements such as independent board members and senior exchange listings before they can even consider them. The few institutions that do invest in OTCBB, are typically only looking for a trade, or are offering PIPE financing.
The Jordan Fund has been very gracious acting as a "lead investor" in introducing the Company to institutions. However, much of what is being done is grooming the Company and making introductions prior to achieving the actions above.
The Company is in somewhat of a transition period in regards to attracting investors. We have for the most part saturated retail awareness in the the OTC, but the Company is not quite poised to attract larger institutional investors.
While the Company is undertaking corporate actions to achieve senior listing, we on the IR side are building the foundation needed to support such transition.
There is a new Corporate website in the works that will rival most senior listed Companies. We have a strong retail investor base and we have several "lead investors" to help promote the Company moving forward.
We must crawl, walk and run.. there is no point wasting money on IR programs that won't attract new investors. We save that money for when it will count.
There is a lot going on behind the scenes that may not be noticeable to the retail side, but work is moving forward.
