Really appreciate your input thus far.

To repeat myself, I have not communicated with Management in any shape or form. That said, I have come to the conclusion that Mart should find a way to take Graffiti Entertainment and Signature Devices private. In order to accomplish that he will have to gain our trust.

We need the opportunity to get a good look at Financials and choose either to stay or go. Then, those who still believe in the dream can hold until Mart is good and ready. I'm speculating that would be 2-3 years. Days like today just ruins his credibility making it that much more difficult to go private. JMHO
