janeyh is right. She said certs filed in Feb. will not be ready until next year. I think we will have to wait until next year to see certs. #1) we have to get the funding to pay off processing fee, #2) according to the company's acting speed, it will take until next year in reality. I'll hang in for a while, at least hang in here until I see the next PR. If the next PR will be a fluff PR, I'll move to the next pinky
