There are lines of javascript in the code which are identical in the one you linked and Dunwoody's (proprietary coded script - not something you would see at random on any other site - very specific). That was just from a cursory view of the code from the login pages. And yes, I'm a code geek. Do it for a living.
I'll leave the assumption up to you, but if it walks like IDS and it talks like IDS (and it's CODED LIKE IDS!!)... PS - Nice find!

In regards to the link that ws displayed do the following. In your browser address bar, change the last three digits up or down. Increment them (ie; 191, 192, 193, etc.). You'll see what's coming.
