How about mentioning that when the SS was just over 100K a conference call was scheduled stating Host was overwhelmed with the tech that they had to execute a contract 4 months early?
Nine months later and there are no details of the contract.
The tech that Host was supposedly overwhelmed with was just recently completed but still has issues that need resolving before it is fully online.
The SS is now estimated to be over 2 Billion but since the open-door policy and transparency with shareholders has morphed into a gagged TA the exact figure is unknown.
We do have a couple posters here who state they signed a NDA so they are not at liberty to discuss certain things and one continues to tell posters here to read between the lines. You feel that shareholders and posters here are "blessed" to have these people. This is an anonymous thread so do we really know the people and their motivations? Do they actually feel they are now insiders? Do they truly understand the criteria that constitutes insider trading? (I'm not accusing any shareholder here of anything)
My point is you list many great things about this company and its CEO and I agree with lots of what you say but there are also many questionable actions committed by SP. His misleading of events, his continued missed timelines and now lack of concern he has for shareholder transparency are just as concerning as that stop sign that is there for all to read.
I have no motivation to be negative and try to lie about this company. I admitted I bought more than I could afford after that CC and with an average pps of over 2 cents I realize my chances of even coming close to breaking even is even lower than the present share price. I could have averaged down but I can't afford to lose any more money. A relative told me about this company and I foolishly let myself see only the positives she was stating (especially the connection with Phil Marriott) and overlooked the writing on the wall that SP was not as open as he professed. My motivation is stepping on the scales of justice to even out posts like yours. I'm still hoping but also still kicking myself in the butt everyday. Good luck to all.
