I hear you .... and maybe I'm just trying to wear the guilt .. but I just feel that there must have been more I could have done, somewhere along the line. I guess I'm not that confident in myself. Don't know what for sure I should've done, or when .. but I just doubt I did everything I could have done .. somewhere along the line. I could have gotten out and given folks rides to the polls, or volunteered my time to help a candidate somewhere - something.

And I am including "they", in "us" ... They are part of "us" too.
