BM, I think he rather payoff Cornell first. And I agree with this idea. Once, the payoff is consumated, the stocks will rocket up. Then I think the next things Arne will do is put out some PR's. Which bring me to the conclusion that he has paid the Auditors. Paying the Auditor is a miniscule issue. I do not think he is concern with that. Remember, Arne is a person that thinks Big. He won't be a CEO, if he think small.
