Here’s the thing, I think Shiva has committed security violations and I think he is not working in the best interest of shareholders, far from it. So yes, I am hopeful for a conclusion that includes an SEC investigation and I would like to see it happen. That may step on the toes of people here who wholeheartedly still believe in the company for whatever reason, but that cannot be helped.

This message forum is not just for people for a certain stock, it also includes people against a certain stock. I watched SPNGQ crash and burn starting at $0.20 all the way down to $0.0000 it is today. My view was not very popular and I was accused of working for hedge funds, NSS etc. To this day there are SPNGQ longs who think “bashers” are the enemy.

I am not claiming TIVU is SPNGQ, but I do believe Shiva has likely committed security violations.
