To me it sounds like cash, otherwise they would have stated cash and stock like they discussed in the other acquisitions.

I am also wondering if all those that have shorted vper have moved a porta potty to sit on when the market opens.

another piece of the pzzle coming together...seems like they are doing as they said, just taking longer than we all wanted?? Moving in the right direction imo can't build a solid house without a good foundation, seems like VPER is doing just that imo...time will tell but I am Optimistic and looking forward to the next piece!! Go VPER!!!
