But the green dot cards are already in the store that a customer can buy right now. They would not need to fill out the application and paper work on line and wait 10 days for the card. AND the 02 usa cards are 5 bucks more too. The service charges are all about the same regardless of which one bought. I honestly don't see what the big deal is about this card. Hells fire, I bought one for my daughter a couple years ago to get her started down the path of taking care of her money but she has since got a traditional bank account so I know first hand how these products work.
