I have been in stocks and penny stocks for a very long time. Most know I handled investments back in the mis to late 80's. I have never ever seen a penny stock dividend pay off. They have always been used to intice new investors for more dilution and now the company will have yet anohter outlet. I would suggest if you do not understand any of this you should go to the DD fraud board and ask questions there. I will update this post in a minute with the link.
