I really think that POW will be in play as a buy-out candidate very soon. With Arthur gone and Stan's legacy secured, why shouldn't Stan just sell POW for a reasonable price to Disney? He can provide creative oversight on projects he's begun and the comic characters he's created since leaving Marvel. Of course, we may be close to a major movie announcement, but even that may be in conjunction with Disney or one of its movie divisions. I believe we're on the verge of something big. Anyone else feel that way?

In sum, Barth and Sandman say that POW is basically a fiction, an entity that allows Lee, Champion and Lieberman to get away with personal interests -- "a mere shell without adequate, sufficient or reasonable assets or capital with which to carry on the business in which it was engaged."



.. hence why the stock is .06 and not $3.00
