Fermec, not quite sure what you mean by "Leaking Info" or "Wicked DD Practices" but I do have a friend that lives in Southern California that walked into the lobby of the Orange County Jail and observed the Ez Card kiosks bolted to the floor. This did not take a lot of DD on my part much less Wicked DD!!

The documents referring to the kiosks are public information. If one knows how to do exceptional DD, there is a ton of information available on CPSZ and the proposals they have out there. No insider info when you find the RFP's ect! GLTY my friend!
