IMPORTANT READ - Conversation with Val today.

Here are the results of that conversation:
1. Funding seems likely and is very close. More than that he would not say.

2. As per the PR today, we should see OTOW listed as a fully reporting company on OTCmarket very soon. Financials are being submitted at this time.

3. As per the PR, sales of the MasterCards are picking up and moving at a steady and fast clip. It won’t be long before 10,000 to 25,000 cards are sold, at which time funding will be superfluous.

4. It is likely we will see a massive share buyback program when funding is complete or profits from sales make a share buyback program feasible. Details I do not know but my feelings are this is more than very likely.

5. Val is aware of the attack on his equity and will take appropriate action against the perpetrators when financially able to do so. There are many investors who will join him on this. This is not the first time he has mentioned this to me. (EMZ, how is your caseload?).
