I would guess they are off doing things like fighting 2 court battles, one of which is against one of the largest corporations on the planet and another with a company that was just aquired. I would imagine that trying to update filings would be another thing they have to be doing. Sending out a press release that they are doing these things seems a bit obvious, and really wouldn't do anything to satisfy anyone. Again, with the realization that Krusecom shareholders own about 190 million shares of QSGI, I would imagine they are most incented to get these things done...
