Well the problem is there are in fact traders using that strategy because they believe there will be the typical dilution that accompanies the news associated with OTC securities. As some said earlier they are cutting themselves short here, there are only existing shares in play here, a little DD and they would find there are no eligible securities for conversion here. All one has to do is check history here and realize it has in fact been an empty shell until April of this year, that is over 3 years with nothing in CCAJ that qualifies for conversion.
