Absolutely correct. I don't see bigpharma getting the rights to anything more than a license to complete development, manufacture, and market. But, the pressure is back on to strike a deal ahead of the competition, who may also want 12 to 14 years of guaranteed patent protection for an entire platform and variations applied to viruses.
