That is an accurate and much needed summary which the pumpers like Gcbr and bag8ger on this board have strongly dismissed as outright lies.

Those facts are irrefutable and it will be up to the shareholders to exercise their rights and impose their demands on Frudakis and his cronies, instead of fearfully cringing in the background and hoping that elusive miracle will occur to lead them to the promised land. The situation with the company and its pps will only deteriorate as time goes by.

We need new management NOW to conclusively prove whether or not what the company has for sale does in fact have commercial value.
