they dont have to be current with SEC, they have to show current to DOT. this is only about DOT Approval. the yearly is still over due n should be filed by May 17 or at least a report showing up on otc.

didnt they submit their financial statement in one of those dot documents in December and also projected financials too ?


it seems like filing financials with sec is not the requirement
