This used to be up over $4 per share. Now it is down at $0.26 per share and continues on a downward and/or stagnant trend. I'd say this stock is definitely dead. The management team is unfortunately completely inept as can be seen from the other companies they "manage" as well.
The writing is on the wall, all it takes is the briefest search to turn up the evidence as to the incompetency of this management team. Anyone who doesn't take the time to do the briefest amount of research deserves to lose their money with this incompetent management team.
I agree that these things take time - in fact, it seems to take much longer than anyone involved in the Ontario market would have thought going in. However, even if it takes a while to actually construct, AWSL should have made an announcement by now that they have all of their paperwork together.
