Actually, it's your statement that is beyond laughable and really doesn't even qualify as ignorant.

Why? What Japan gives SL affects SGCP zero.

Japan has a big problem with spent plutonium fuel rods in a damaged building. Cesium-137 cooking into the atmosphere is bad, unless Japan buys the carbon credits from SGCP I guess.
