The SEC's fraud case isn't the only thing Bordynuik has on his plate.

I've heard that Bordynuik has his "IR Manager" promoting JBI Inc. around the internet without disclosing the fact that he's paid to promote JBI.

That's why Bordynuik had to hire such a slack-jawed dolt for that position. He simply couldn't hire anyone who had the minimal intellect required to understand the consequences of participating in a securities fraud scam.
