As I will remind you for the fourth time GC said the deal is done when the money is in the MDMN bank account. So if I repeat that three times it will equal done, done, done, when the money is in the MDMN bank account. I hope this helps your understanding of what Mr. Chapin stated at both the shareholder meeting and the informational meeting the day before.
