I am sure it is not a scam. They inherited a lot of debt in the beginning and most likely want to clear the books of that debt before they become audited and FR. Let's see....42 accounts, new HQ in Irvine California, 24/7 call center, 4 very large accounts ( Clark County Nevada, Broward County Florida, Fulton County Georgia, Rikers Island New York.) You do not get into accounts like these unless you have your act together!! Most jails put you through the ringer before you are awarded a contract. I agree with most posters on this sight that it is very discouraging when you see the stock go down from .19 to .004 I truly believe they are building their story and will come out with decent financials and start to move in the right direction.
