He is definitely the guy who has the experience to help IDLM with setting accounting standards before they go big time.

I wasn't sure if he was still with the company, so I emailed haddock today to ask and he said DiCarlo is still with the company.

I would do more DD before I just took someone's word for their experience on the web. I did some digging back a few months ago, and I am not impressed.

I have looked into all the current and past positions, and I cannot find any positives. Two of the companies look like are in bankruptcy. I did find one terribly disturbing thing though. His bio stated he was controller at Edentify from 2004-Feb 2011.

Mr. Terrence DeFranco
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Age: 44

"KEY DEVELOPMENTS FOR EDENTIFY, INC.

SEC Revokes Registration Of Securities Of Edentify
12/7/2010
An Administrative Law Judge has issued an Order Making Findings and Revoking Registration by Default (Default Order) in Edentify, Inc., Administrative Proceeding No. 3-14118. The Order Instituting Proceedings (OIP) alleged that the Company repeatedly failed to file required annual and quarterly reports while their securities were registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The Default Order finds these allegations to be true and revokes the registration of each class of registered securities of the Company pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934."

Could this have anything to do with his departure?

So Marcus hires this guy to help get the financials out?
Unless Marcus brought him in because of his experience in getting securities revoked, thus being rid of us whiny stockholders.

Not trying to cause great alarm here, just a concerned shareholder raising legitimate questions. Management has brought about all these questions with their refusal to communicate with shareholders.
