Do you think you could share some more detail as far as the previous financials.Im not very good at reviewing financials, I have read the filings and to me it seems this company is doing nothing but loosing money and converting debt into shares, possibly about to go belly up with debts in the 13 million range and due on demand. And they themselves stating they more than likely could not pay these debts.
P.S I am invested here as I got in without doing research, not trying to scare anyone off just looking for insight from someone with more knowledge than I.
