Charting is easy if you look at it retrospectively. If it were 100%... there would be a formula to make you rich.

I am no chartist, but I look at it as a tool that can help guide you in your decision making. It is not the end all, be all... as look at any flopped penny stock before the flop and there will be any number of chartist who say x is forming or y is coming.
