I believe the company will release press next week to comply with 15(c) 2-11, 10(b)5 and 10(b)17. This is a non-reporting company that does not have to comply with the Securities and Exchange Act of '34, however, it has obligations under the above mentioned sections. Therefore, an 8(k) is not appropriate under the SEC guidelines and rules.
