I prefer if it were ALK. However, based on the suspense they created, it seems like it is not. If it's not ALK or, better put, if the signal for the ALK subset is not there, I would be worried.

I'd much rather have a signal in ANOTHER subpopulation of NSCLC than just ALK. The interim analysis being discussed is on the order of 100 pts, so there will not be very many ALK patients. ALK (for that reason) was not one of the 4 prespecified analysis groups, and the signal is in one of those 4 (well three, since "all comers" was ruled out)
