Yes..they file,but their press releases appear to be bogus for sure...bob is the poster child for bad management,i wonder if he actually believes his own press releases....he must get baked and just throw some crap against the wall...potheads live in their own world and his bs might land him in court if he does not hire someone to govern his bs...happy friday

That comment was in reference to their lack of filing with the SEC in regards to 8Ks for material events of which I posted when they were required, however, CBIS seems to ignore that requirement.
