my point is, it does not matter if he has been consistent or not .. it does not matter if there were posters claiming the company was making two seperate contradicting statements

what matters is .. what he does ... on down the line

he can and will if necessary, R/S the stock .. and he should R/S the stock before entering into any type of Toxic funding ..

Most likley he will increase the A/S .. the stock is now trending to .0001 and will trade at .0001 until the CEO secures qualified funding or R/S the stock and restarts the 504 program ..

R/S the stock and restarting the 504 funding is the most logical path way for the company .. and the easiest program to implement without giving up any control or HUGE discounted shares for funding

quality 504 funding can be arranged for fairly reasonable pricing if the investors feel safe in the structure of the deal
