Your order has to meet the minimum size to display.

Above a dollar, the minimum is 500 shares.

Below a dollar, it's 2,500 shares.

It's not up to your broker dealer to display your order.

It's up to the market participant they route your trade through (aka market maker) to follow the rules and display your order, if it meets requirements to show up on the level 2 montage at all.
