I think if your current information then they should have already been posted but for limited you can post them 6 months late. I can't wait until this actually starts moving

Fully reporting 10-q should be out by May 10 I believe but BFHJ is voluntarily reporting - so in able to maintain their status on OTCmarkets.com I'm not sure with grace periods and all.

However the company did release this in their April 25 PR.

The Company's prior management had filed financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2011 and a request was made for further clarification by current management. We appreciate their having responded by filing an amendment and we will review such information to determine if it is consistent with what might be expected of a company interested in full compliance, in the future, with United States generally accepted accounting principles and regulatory reporting requirements.

You know I'm reading this over closer now (who says you can't get new ideas and info from such an OLD ANCIENT PR FROM A WEEK AND A HALF AGO)
Look at the 'prior management' 'current management' "we" "their" comments. Chewing on that.
