#17069 RE: stitch_surfs #17053

tell us how you know how many callers can be handled regarding
a single tower? at a given time?

there is no PROOF that the technology can support massive
numbers in a given metropolitan area like manhattan w/ a
single tower

were is the line of sight?

and all the buildings are going to add a receiver to their
roof top, heck the tower will have to be as high as the
empire state building, i work from first principals and
common sense, its served me well in straying away from
investments that have gone no where

and im glad you answered my questin about marketing, that
makes more sense, but you ignore all my points regarding
snaggs for the company moving forward and taking over
it we dont care about some small time market share stuff
we want to know who is going to RULE, and w/ a 600,000,000
ipo thats the question, is it going to be all that?

my beef is that it might be but nowhere in the time frame
where that say it will be.

further this might be just whats needed for a BIG player
to come in and aquire 8x8, if that happens all the vonage
late commers will become baggers imo, of course it will have
to be a BIG player w/ the right synergy

as for tower, i dont know and am not going to bother reading
up on them for now but i think that as a hunch, that even
w/ proven ability to get towers in place many players will
emerge to take their cut along the way to say the least

right now wifi voip cellular all have the kinks worked out
and a number of carriers have most of the pieces of the
puzzle already in place, the phones are ready as well
things are moving fast someone will throw the switch
before vonage ever even gets close to being a threat to
all of telecom...

infact, like i said they will still need wifi to make it work
so its only going to enhance whats already out there as
part of the aggragate, the next big thing isnt the pieces of
the puzzle (while in the past no one ever saw the pieces as
part of a puzzle), but rather the format for putting those
peices together in a seamless array that works for customers
and providers alike
