Unless the Company has shared this information publicly I would encourage investors to disregard rumors.

That would make sense and lets them use the Tax loss carry forward of 132,000,000..... and give both companies something they need... tax shelter for a long time...and money to drill and explore.... the audit is in for the tax shelter....tax shelter are sold all of the time...

Teck is buying Katx shell.
Katx owns 12% of BVIG, and BVIG owns HAND CAMP, and
Teck is looking for another Gold Property, so, there you go.

silvergun that is Correct! Great Earnings from the New Company! Also Great to know the Ghana Gold Property has Very Nice Revenues! Majority Definately will Not sell now, but on the other hand Accumulate more of these deeply discounted shares before the Price changes direction! The Future Looks Very Promising Indeed :D
