That's complete crazy talk! You expect a company to use some sort of voodoo magic to be able to tell people what their first quarter sales were? This isn't some futuristic world where companies could have the technology to know that information.
IDTA.PK is like all other stocks. You buy the stock and then sit there while the company does whatever wants and publishes incorrect statements time and again, then after a few years, the company simply ceases trading or is sold as a shell. I'm pretty sure that's how XOM, AAPL, T, and all the rest of them work.
