Yes, we should assume all these people performed much that was legal over time even if they have been caught up in some questionable dealings currently. I do like the part of the complaint that says they all should have known what they were doing was wrong since this appears to be the part of the business world they were all involved in for many years. This appears to come into question a lot of years and many businesses. I'm sure as many as possible want to clear up any involvement. There is certainly enough connections to Lyric that should be cleared up as soon as possible. It may of course take more inhouse investigating with other outside independent people so I'm willing to give them some time to accomplish this. I do expect more information as follow-up and thanks MACD and other posters for their research.
Exactly what I was trying to say earlier. If she chooses not to do so then I truly believe that something fraudulent was going on. If she does release them and everything is on the up and up this company could possibly restore some confidence with its investors and new investors. This needs to happen VERY soon, and I am talking within the next week to two weeks.
