I think you are confused:

are they turning plastic into OIL for 10 dollars a barrel? Lots of companies are turning plastic into fuel. Nothing new.

JB is AFAIK the only one turning plastic into fuel directly, lots are turning plastic into OIL (near crude). JBII is making diesel (#2) boiler #6 oil and even NAPTHA directly on demand.

That is the secret of his catalyst.
