No stock split has been mentioned nor do I think one would do anything for Poynt.

My thoughts are they will hope for some SP appreciation as value gets recognized via optics from achievements to come. Then they will ( my thoughts again ) do an ADR to get the SP on the NASDAQ in the mid teens.

ADR's are very common for foreign corps, Nokia, BP etc use ADR's, they allow the stock to trade independently which is what Poynt needs to realize it's full value IMO.
