Restricted for one year from day of issuance 30th April 2012, so they would not be eligible to have the restricted legend removed until April, 2013 and even then since they are directors they can only sell 5% if authorized to do so after they are registered. Not an issue.
Shares will more then likel;y be locked up for at least a year, thats how it works..wont effect CCAJ in anyway as long as the float stays the same thats all one needs to worry about imo
