Interesting find re: APII.

At the top of the page, there's an entry for List of Officers Due: 5/31/2012.

Scroll to the bottom of the page, to "Actions/Amendments," and click on the link. You will see another page with an entry for File Date: 4/26/2012.

There's no reference to PA in this document. The registered agent is in Las Vegas, NV.
