It's not on FB, it's in the revised corporate description (funny place to put out news) on the OTC website.

FYI, it doesn't matter if news is put out on PRNewsire, Facebook or the OTC website. If a statement is false and misleading it's a violation of securities laws - penalty is the same no matter where its published.

As far as I can tell, BGMO has been issuing false and misleading press releases with impunity for years now, it's nothing new. Regulators don't troll PRNewsire or Facebook, someone usually calls them to complain. I wouldn't be surprised if people have reported BGMO but the SEC probably has much bigger fish to fry and won't waste valuable resources on HH, lucky for him.

"good job HH" ? With other words: All those numberless press releases by Herzog, telling us about mulit-million, even billions, must all have been fake......as "the company appears to have no cas" . So, if I understand right, some shareholder did and do believe in all those pree releases before - as Herzog can't be a liar - but on the other hand the same shareholder state BGMO has no money !
Intersting way to believe in a CEO. Little bit confusing.
