FYI, it doesn't matter if news is put out on PRNewsire, Facebook or the OTC website. If a statement is false and misleading it's a violation of securities laws - penalty is the same no matter where its published.
As far as I can tell, BGMO has been issuing false and misleading press releases with impunity for years now, it's nothing new. Regulators don't troll PRNewsire or Facebook, someone usually calls them to complain. I wouldn't be surprised if people have reported BGMO but the SEC probably has much bigger fish to fry and won't waste valuable resources on HH, lucky for him.
