So, maestro, to summarize your post..

A million share error in the filings does not matter. What would matter, at what threshold doesit become important? 2 million? 10 Million? 50 Million...where's the cut-off?

Accurate filings do not matter, is that what you are saying? I doubt that the SEC feels the same way.

It does not matter to the ERHE shareholders how many millions, billions or trillions of barrels of oil are there if none of money ends up in the ERHE bank accounts. Got it?
Concentrate....stay with me here...if ERHE does not perfect it's rights, or if it runs out of money, or is shut down for erronous filings, or if it is sold with preferred shares taking the lions share of the profits, or if Offor loans money with massive dilution potential, or any number of possibilites...the commons end with zippo....Is that simple enough?
